Radio Sentai Castranger [79] AfterVember (aka Castracists)

With Yellow and Pink Casters off on their own sidequests, the remaining core Casters get together to fill the void of no Ghost or Ninninger by watching three episodes of Kanpai Senshi After V, a show about a sentai who gets drunk after their battles with the forces of evil who actually care about their well-being more than they'd like you to believe. 

 

The episode might be a little short... or... is it?

With Red Caster joining Shadow Caster in Detroit for Youmacon, the remaining Casters band together to celebrate Halloween. First off, we talk about Ghost learning to use his powers in crazy ways, then in Ninjaland, our thoughts on Nagi and Kinji's character development. Finally, we watch Halloween episodes of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and Power Rangers Zeo, both great in their own way.

Radio Sentai Castranger [77] Oh-nari!

Once again, sorry for the late posting. We join our heroes this week as they recap a stupidly predictable yet still enjoyable third episode of Kamen Rider Ghost featuring wacky Onari antics and Robin Hood Damashii. And what's this? A Specter on the horizon? Meanwhile the Ninningers (right after cameoing with a face familiar to Power Rangers) clash with another ninja hero. The Showa Metal Hero, Global Ninja Jiraiya. What are our thoughts on this Kung Fu Kid wannabe of an episode? Finally, anyone who has watched Faiz certainly boarded the feelstrain watching Kamen Rider Yongo. Come hear Ichi's Kaidoutears! Red, Pink, and Yellow Casters unite to talk about this week's episodes. Ghost does more things and gets his second icon pretty goddamn fast. Meanwhile Ninninger apparently sees fit to play out a Romeo and Juliet plot featuring a youkai that was somehow not voiced by Soi Fon from Bleach. Finally, the trio talk about which toku figures they'd like to have and/or see released.
